Ansmann Digicharger Vario Traveller

The Ansmann Digicharger Vario Traveller is a universal traveller charger for most Li-Ion and Li-Po batteries used in digital cameras, camcorders, mobile phones, and MP3 players. The charger is also capable of charging 2x AA or AAA rechargeable batteries and features two LEDs to indicate power connection and charging. The built-in overcharge protection prevents cell damage.

This charger charges most battery packs in around one hour using 700mA charging current. Auto-polarity circuits take care of the charging voltage and polarity. Two flexible contact pins can be adjusted to charge most types of battery packs using the supplied stylus.

This charger can be used worldwide, using the worldwide traveller plugs (UK, USA/Canada/Japan and Europe) or “on the move” in a vehicle, using the car cigarette DC plug.

How to use the Digicharger Vario Traveller in 3 easy steps:

1. Remove the rechargeable battery from the device according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Using the enclosed stylus, align the contact pins with the contacts of the rechargeable battery. (No additional adaptor plates are required). Polarity is not important.
3. Slide the battery in and hold in place using the spring-loaded clamp. A flashing LED indicates the charging process has begun. Once the fast charging is complete, the LED light stays on.
