The Canon EOS 700D holds onto the same high-level of specification and features that made the 650D so popular and responsive, such as the 18 megapixel APS-C Hybrid CMOS sensor, intuitive 3.0" vari-angle LCD touch screen, DIGIC 5 processor, 9-point AF system and the ability to record full HD 1080p (30p) movies with stereo sound. Externally, the 700D comes with a few physical enhancements - an improved outer body finish, a 360° mode dial and the ability to preview Creative Filters in real-time when using Live View mode. What's more, the camera offers 5fps continuous shooting, an optical viewfinder with 95% coverage, an ISO range of 100-12800 (extendable to 25600) and a built-in flash. The Canon EOS 700D brings the power and ease-of-use straight to your fingertips in a lightweight body that’s portable, yet solid in the hands. More

The Canon 700D Product Video
Superb image quality
Capture every detail with an 18-megapixel Hybrid CMOS AF sensor. The EOS 700D produces low-noise images that can be printed at large sizes or cropped for alternative compositions.
Produce Full HD movie projects
Shoot video at 1080p resolution, enjoying the right level of automatic or manual control for you. Hybrid AF technology enables continuous focusing when shooting video, and the EOS 700D supports near-silent Movie Servo AF with compatible STM lenses. Record stereo sound with a built-in or external microphone.
Keep up with fast moving action
Track moving subjects even if they move across the scene with an autofocus system comprising 9 cross-type AF points. Continuous shooting at 5 fps for bursts of up to 22 shots means you’ll never miss that decisive moment.
Explore new angles
Compose photos and movies from new and interesting angles using the EOS 700D’s Vari-angle 7.7cm (3.0”) 3:2 ratio Clear View LCD II Touch screen. Shoot over the top of crowds, or go for a dramatic ground-level viewpoint.
The EOS 700D is easy to use from the moment you first pick it up. Shoot and focus with a single tap of the camera’s touch screen, and use pinch and swipe gestures to navigate when reviewing images.
Scene Intelligent Auto
Shoot great pictures easily. Canon’s Scene Intelligent Auto mode analyses the scene and selects the most appropriate cameras settings automatically.
Taking your next creative steps
Choose from and preview a range of Creative filter effects, including Grainy Black & White, Toy Camera and Miniature effect. Theme-based scene modes automatically pick the right settings for the subject being photographed, while Creative Auto mode offers more control over factors like background blur, via an intuitive interface.
Take complete control
When you’re ready to advance your photography choose to Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority or Manual mode for complete control over your images.
Take great pictures even in low light, shooting without flash to capture the true ambience of an occasion. The EOS 700D features an ISO sensitivity range of ISO 100-12800 (extendable to ISO 25600).
Great results in difficult conditions
HDR Backlight Control mode captures three different exposures and combines them into one, retaining shadow and highlight detail. The EOS 700D’s Hand Held Night Scene mode captures multiple images at fast shutter speeds and blends them together for a blur-free result.
Explore with the EOS System
Take your photography further with an extensive range of lenses, accessories and flashes that make up the EOS System.

I have only used the 700d a few times after upgrading from may years of use with a 350d and I also use a 60Da for special photos at night. The 700d is easy to use but it helps if you know your way around a Canon camera.I use the 700d in Av mode and the picture quality so far is superb
I would recommend this product
Having had this camera for a short period, it has excelled in action, portrait and nature pictures. Keeping it steady on the subject has proved a big learning curve as it's lighter than my previous Canon camera.
Good entry level DLSR
I like the rear screen that can folded in to protect surface from scratches

Upgraded to the 700D from the 1000D,couldn't be more happier, sharper photos due to the extra pixels, the flip out screen is great, can now get down lower using it(I'm 75 My knees ain't what they used to be).HD Video is very good. The sound on the camera play back low, but OK on the computer,I would suggest getting a spare battery, HD and Live View Soon uses the battery up(but this normal on most cameras now).Ia'm now using settings that I didn't on the 1000D. All in all a very good camera,as said Happy.
like it lots :-)
I used the 1100D before part exchanging to the 700D but really needed the pivoting LCD screen for low angle shots. It makes using live view a delightful and it is so much easier to get pin sharp images.

As im just starting college this camera is what i needed for my photography course! I love the live veiw feature to check you photo before you take it etc
Good solid camera
I am a keen photographer. The 700D is a real improvement on my old 550D. Love the touch screen. It does get through batteries quickly so I would recommend a spare in your camera bag.
