This took a smear of my lens in one application when used with PEC Pads, also used it on my DSLR mirror. Very effective use sparingly with PEC Pads.

Ordered specifically to clean the sensor on my Nikon D3x. Worked perfectly in combination with swabs and Giottos air blower.
Still plenty left for future sensor cleaning and also seems to do an excellent job cleaning lenses too.

This fluid is quite pricey but it lasts for ages in normal use and really is a small price to pay for safe cleaning of expensive optics. When used with a Pecpad, a circular motion rapidly cleans the surface and if you don't keep going too long or let it start to dry, it evaporates rapidly to leave a crystal clear, smear-free finish. The right technique is important but easy enough. Cheaper alternatives always smear and are false economy. It can be used on all optics where stubborn or greasy marks need to be removed and may even work for cleaning electrical connections in high end hifi etc.

I use this for lenses, filters and the sensor filter. Use with Pec-Pads for lenses and filters and Sensor swabs for the sensor.
Follow the instructions and it works exceptionally well. No smearing, no residue that I can tell, perfect!

This product does exactly what it promises. Cleans lenses perfectly and with ease. Sticky residues just dissolve leaving no smears.

I use it on a PecPad after blowing off any loose particles. I then finally polish with a microfibre cloth. That's it.

Excellent fluid that leaves no smears. I use with the lint free PEC-PADS which are also very good.
As I don't use lens filters, this liquid helps to keep my pro lenses in excellent shape.
