Great piece of kit. Once it has been assembled for the first time it is easy to pack away and to deploy when needed from the very useful bag provided. Very even soft light, great for indoor portraits. Can also be used with the included deflector to act as a huge beauty dish. I use it with my Elinchrom Ranger Quadra flash heads indoor and outdoor with fantastic results.

Good product,good size , which allows you to feather the light. Remove the diffusers, fit the silver reflector, put on a boom arm got yourself a large beauty dish. Use it behind subject as a pure white background for head and shoulders.

It is a lovely modifier, but to be honest I was a little disappointed at first that the coverage across the surface was not as even as I have been led to believe.

Personally, I found that when used with the inner diffuser it gave a more diffused light, it was very obvious that it also detracted from its evenness in output.

I find the best solution is to use a translucent diffuser, set as far from the flashtube as possible, with the outer diffuser, but without the inner diffuser.

It is well made, and folds away very nicely in an equally well made soft case. Its a good size for full body portraits, and still gives a very nice light quality despite my slight disappointment. Maybe I was expecting it to be too much like the giant octa, of which uses an indirect light source.
