This is my 3rd one. I was grateful for the screen as it protected my LCD screen when it was hit by an errant walking stick which cracked the screen but not the LCD. I would recommend it highly!

I have a very demanding job and my cameras play a large part in it so I feel I must protect them the best I can. I have now fitted Giottos Screen Protectors to all my SLRs and one pocket camera. The quality of the glass is superb and the image through the glass is crystal clear. They are so easy to fit and very forgiving if you happen to get it wrong the first time.
Very good investment indeed.

This is a great product and worth the investment, if you want to protect your camera screens with good glass, but it comes at a price.

I bought two, one for a Canon G10 and one for a Canon 5D Mark II. If I had the time I would have waited for the release of the 5D Mark II specific protector as the 3.0" model doesn't fit as well as it might.

The glass used in the product is superb giving a clear and clean image.

When applying the protector, make sure you have a quality glass cleaner to hand, as the cloth supplied within the pack isn't the best. Once clean and free of dust, press the protector firmly to your camera screen and the protector will hold in place. I had a slight problem positioning and applying the protector, but after a month they both still in place and work fine.

This is the best protector I've used, but I had to think twice before buying - I'm glad I did now.

The screen protector is needed on the canon Eos 1D MK. 111 if you operate in abrasive conditions.The screen being quite exposed , clear to read,but I feel vunerable.
