The Hoya 67mm HMC UV(C) Filter is a multi-purpose fine-weather filter that absorbs the ultraviolet rays which often makes outdoor photographs hazy and indistinct. A multi-purpose filter for colour as well as black and white film and digital photography, the clear UV filter can also be left on the lens to serve as a permanent lens protector. More
Hoya HMC (Hoya Multi-Coated) Filters
These popular filters are renowned for their ability to minimise reflection at the filter surfaces which reduces flare and ghosting. The result is an average light transmission of over 97%, giving sharp contrast and well balanced color. Hoya HMC filters are recommended for enhancing the performance of today's multicoated lenses.

About Me Tech Savvy
As in most of my reviews all I can say is don't scrimp on buying a cheap one from on-line websites. 'Horses for Courses' if you have a £600 quality lens with precision optics why buy anything other than more precision optics to screw on the front of it? That said this offer superb value for money.

Hoya Filter is an Excellent Addition
from King's Lynn
We all know that quality lenses like the Canon L series are not cheap, so it is important to take care of your equipment and one of the best ways to protect the lens glass is to use a filter. I recently purchased the Hoya 67mm HMC UV(C) Filter to use with my EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, this type of filter not only protects the glass but also gives UV protection.

Fantastic value for money
I have always used filters to protect my lens from all external elements. This also reduces the need to careful cleaning of the glass of the lens. This inexpensive filter from a well known brand serves the purpose and also gives uv light protection to reduce haze and glare. My previous experiences with HOYA filters have all been positive. They are great built and will stay with the entire life of my lens.

About Me Casual Photographer
This filter was purchased for the sole reason of remaining on the front of my Fuji s200exr for constant protection and the clarity it would produce.IT IS A PERFECT COMBINATION.The cost of equivalent manufacterers 67mm filters and also the excellent service received from Warehouse Express were also a major factor with the choice of the HOYA brand and their multicoated range performance.
