I have been using one of these for over 5 years. It works perfectly, and despite what has been said by another review I have found it to fit all my lighting stands, including my manfrotto, Giotto and WexPro stands.... I think the other reviewer must have had a dodgy example because mine has worked perfectly from the day I got it.

Fantastic item with a FLAW...

It's easy to clip your pop up or circular 5 in 1 reflector to this bracket, but I've had REAL problems attaching the bracket to ANY of my lighting stands.

The female bracket should fit over & screw tight to ANY standard brass or aluminimum bayonet found on ANY lighting stands. But it doesn't.

Lastolite have not designed the female part to accept any of the male bayonets on any of my various lighting stands used for studio lights or tripods.

Very disapointing as all the other fittings are well designed & work well single handed.

Product purchased in Jan 2009.
