I bought this carrier for my 5Dmk II plus grip plus EF 24 - 105 L. Perfect. Just back from a 4 day winter trek in the North-west Highlands. This case dealt with it all, rain, sleet, freezing rain and blizzard. I did end up putting the camera inside a plastic zip-lock bag inside the case but that was more out of my needing a security net for a river-crossing than any failure on the part of the case. After 4 days there was some moisture on the interior but to be fair this could be expected as it wasn't given the option to dry out at the end of each day. The outer front pocket contents did get wet, even under the AW cover but the top pocket surprisingly did not. This is an excellent piece of kit and well worth the price. Yes it is not completely waterproof but it's as good as you're going to get given the ease of use / weight / bulk / functionality. Superb.

Sturdy and practical good quality bag which fits my Canon EOS 7D with the Canon EF 70-300mm f4-5.6 IS USM lens attached (lens hood reversed). It also fits the 7D with the Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM with the lens hood in the correct position. The bag is easily accessible and the large zip pulls make opening the bag easy. There is a handy clip lock on the top compartment to keep your camera safe but avoid the hassle of closing and opening the zip every time you access the bag. The sliplock attachment on the side enables you to carry an extra lens case or other accessory. The bag also has two handy pockets to carry spare batteries, lens filters, purse/wallet, mobile phone etc. and the all weather cover is useful to fully protect your gear if you get caught in a downpour!

I own a Canon EOS 40D. My main lense is the EF24-70mm. This bag is perfect if you want to have your camera with you most days.
The camera fits very well and there is plenty of room to carry extra memory cards.
The best thing about the bag is that it is comfortable and accessing your camera is really easy.

Compact, very tough and really practical. I recently bought a Nikon D300s with 18 to 200 mm VRII lens and needed a bag to fit that I could easily carry around and travel with abroad. I needed one that would be small enough to fit inside an airline carry-on bag as some airlines only allow one carry-on bag into which I would have put my laptop and my camera as well as my personal items. The Lowepro Toploader Pro fitted the bill perfectly. It easily fits into my airline spec carry-on pull-along bag. It gives great protection to the camera with lens attached and the lens hood mounted backwards to shorten the length. There are pockets for lots of small accessories for the camera and for me including my own glasses and sunglasses.

I love the ease of access by simply pulling the big zip handles to open the top panel and you simply lift the camera out by its grip and your ready to shoot.

It is very comfortable whether carried over one shoulder or on the front of the chest using the extra supplied strap for going around your back and making it secure.

The built in waterproof cover is so neat and and practical.
