Good build and quality if a little heavy

I have used the product whilst taking wildlife and sporting photos. certainly is an essential when using a large lens.
Lightweight and very easy to use especially with the quick release function.
Although telescopic does extend to about 3/4 metre not really a problem but something to be aware of when srambling about on cliff tops

This is ideally priced, as a female amerture photographer I've found this a usefull piece of kit, especially when using larger lenes. I must say the strap is useless but overhaul it does the job.

I've never really trusted snap-click legs on tripods - until I used this monopod. It works a treat, feels - and is - very secure. Attaching the camera to the bush was a neat trick that once learned is not forgotten, but had me bemused for a moment or two. There again, it's all on the instruction sheet which I was reluctantly forced to have to read...

This is a very good Monopod and a very good addition to someone's camera kit,
The Monopod is a very sturdy one it feels like it can hold just about anything the leg adjusters feel solid and work very well.
And for the price is well worth the money.
I wouldn't however recommend the more expensive version with the three spindle extensions for replacing lens its quite a bit more expensive and takes up more room and in my option you buy a Monopod to use in a place two large for a Tripod and this Monopod does everything required and more overall I am very happy with my purchase.

A very strong and sturdy monopod, that gives me imense reasurance when supporting my "Bigma" len. It also saves having to support the weight of that thing, and was exactly why I bought the monnopod. Using this thing you get the impression that it will last for years.

It mounts very nicely in the tripod fitting of my Lowepro back pack too, when you dont want to carry it seperately.

Despite the comments above the built qaulity has 2 issues. The strap is useless as it randomly releases itself. - Dont trust it and remove it imediately. It is better to replace it thatntrust it and drop the pod with you expensive camera and lens attached. The other is the plastic screw covers that fall off in moments of taking it outside. I havent missed them yet but they must have been there for a reason.

Very sturdy. Only minor issues: do not leave bolt tightner/wrench on the monopod as it is likely to slip off during useage - the rubber stoppers covering the bolts are also liable to slip off with rugged use! However cheap to replace

It does the job. It is solid, yet handy, although a little on the heavy side. Works great with a Nikon d300 and Nikon 300mm f2.8 lens and a Manfrotto 234RC Monopod QR tilt top.
