The MBAG 90PN is padded to protect your equipment and features an asymmetric tapered shape fitting a tripod with the head attached. Tripod legs fit comfortably in the narrower end (diameter 20cm - 7.87") and extra space is allowed for the larger volume of the head at the wider end (diameter 23cm - 9"). This also means it's easier to put the tripod and head in the bag, even if the head levers and knobs are fitted and jut out slightly. Please note; the internal length of this tripod bag is 85cm. Main Features

Slightly tapered to provide a better fit for your tripod with attached head. The wider end of the bag accommodates the head without requiring all levers to be removed.
The zip extends down the length of the bag, but also fully opens the top end of the bag, making it easier to get your tripod in and out - like an arrow from a quiver.
Logo end cap is padded to offer protection to the tripod head, the rest of the bag is unpadded
Shoulder strap included (this bag does not have an end or side handle)
Innovative design and style; ballistic nylon, zips and other materials used are of top quality.

The bag is great as there is also room for my monopod and a few bits and bobs. I am having trouble with drawing the zip around the circular head track but this coud be because it is so new and may ease off with useage. A very handsome addition to anyone's kit, and useful for storing as well.

Great bag my old manfrotto tripod fitted easily into this bag, I upgraded the head and found my old bag was inadequate, this bag solved my problem.

THIS ITEM WAS MUCH LARGER THAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. GIVES GOOD PROTECTION BUT NOT GOOD FOE AIRLINE TRAVEL OR WALKING HOILDAYS. GOOD BUT EXPENSIVE STOREAGE.

First off, this is a great tripod protector. Whilst i was aware that i was ordering the padded version, i was expecting something a little smaller when i opened the package! It is big, and does take up quite a bit of space, but itf you want something thats going to be comfy to carry about and offer maximum protection - this is the one! I use this with a Manfrotto 055MF3 tripod and Manfrotto 322RC2 Grip Action head, and the bag accomodates both easily.

A few weeks ago I bought the Manfrotto MN055XPROB Tripod with the MN804RC2 head. I wasn't sure which bag would offer the best protection for this particular combination, but after reading the specifications I settled on the MNMBAG90P. It's a bit of snug fit, but I think I made the right choice.
