Excellent value for money, works well with Lumix G3 and also LX3. Very simple to use since there are no controls on the flash (apart from power switch) so any adjustments are done via the camera's menu. On the G3 and LX3, you can select 1st or 2nd synch and adjust flash/ambient using the +/- exposure adjustment. If I have any gripes, this will be with Panasonic as I believe this is a limitation of the camera: I can't find a way to turn off the pre-flash (You can do this with nikon speedlights). The problem is that the preflash causes people and animals to blink involuntary just as the shutter opens.
