Cheap as Chips - but not to bright

    Comments about PAG 30w 6V Bulb:

    At almost £20 cheaper than the 30w bulb on the PAG site it was a no-brainer to give it a try.

    As an alternative to a PAG 20w build it's fine. But the PAG bulbs are Xenophot and burn brighter than standard halogen counterparts. There is no noticeable difference between the Xenophot 20w and this 30w. Both meter the same through the camera as well.

    I bought it as I wanted the extra power - which is lacking, so for me it was a false economy. OK as a spare for the 20w which is what it will be used as.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
