Best Uses

This is a nice little card reader, the supplied stand is really useful to reduce its footprint. Although as the cable is quite stiff to start with it can easily tip over the reader.
Really fast transfer of files through usb 3.0 connection.
One thing that's not so good is the sd card slot is really tight, sometimes it feels like the card doesn't fit in or is scraping. Need to be firm to get the card in so it can be read.
Probably wouldn't use this as a portable reader due to the style of it and its shape etc.

My sample doesn't sit upright on the stand.Supplied cable really not long enough.Having said that the transfer speed is a lot quicker than my USB 2.0 version.Like I said, way over priced for what you get.
