The Seculine Vivicap is a new concept in lens caps that makes it simple and convenient to take a white balance reading. Put simply, Seculine have created a lens cap made from white balance filter material! This combination puts white balance measurement conveniently and precisely where it needs to be when your camera is taken from your bag – right on the lens! All you need do is take a quick reading before removing the Vivicap and you can start taking perfectly balanced images. Colour management in the camera is a hugely important part of the digital imaging process and obtaining the correct white balance can greatly imrpove the quality of your images. Failure to get the white balance correct could be compared to allowing dust and smears onto your lens by not using a lenscap, and the Vivicap solves both! The Vivicap is available to fit all lens filter sizes from 52mm to 77mm.
