I wanted a compact storage product to hold a couple of filters and step up ring while travelling light. I gave up trying to improvise with DIY pouches, and bought this. It is exactly the right size (77mm filter), gives good protection and is easy to stash away in my camera kit.

For once I have filters in separate wallets to suit the various lens sizes, no more checking the plastic boxes for the size and type. The wallet provides protection and avoids damage to the filters. The size is convenient for me and can be hitched onto a belt, whereas the folders require a backpack.
The only thing I would say against the wallet is that the Velcro is quite tough.
