The Walkstool Comfort 65cm/26in is for people who like to feel very comfortable when they sit down - the seats is approximately 80% bigger than a normal seat for a three legged stool. The Walkstool Comfort 65 has telescopic legs, which enables the Walkstool to have two seating heights, with and without extending the legs. Walkstool is a unique product. No other stool fulfils all these requirements at the same time: it should stand steadily (three legs), be comfortable to sit on for long periods (ergonomically designed seat), last for years and years (quality in every detail). The Walkstool Comfort 65 does. More

Comments about Walkstool Comfort 65 XXL:
I came across the Walkstool purely by coincidence while browsing the WEX website.Aside from being a very keen photographer I am also a double below knee amputee. And although I walk reasonably well a good fold up chair is a massive help. I have tried and owned various "carry" chairs but they are generally to heavy to carry over a long distance or not comfortable to sit on for more than a short period of time. The Walkstool is totally different and unique. It is like carrying a fold up umbrella about. It takes seconds to erect and is so so comfortable. Being approx 6ft tall I went for the XXL version. It suits me 100% and gives me a perfect sitting height, making it easy to stand back up again. It may not be cheap to buy but is designed to last a lifetime and provides a totally unique carry chair experience. Highly recommended.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Photographer
Beware of imitations... Simply the sturdiest portable stool around. Short and full length capability , adaptable and very strong.

I bought this stool to use for District Nursing after knee surgery I wasn't allowed to kneel any more. I found it excellent and now I am retired I go bird watching, wildlife photography, when I go to country shows it goes everywhere with me. I wouldn't be without it. In fact many people asked about it at the Hampshire County show last week and I pointed then your way.

About Me Occasional Walker
This stool performs exactly as advertised. It's sturdy and solidly built and with the legs extended it provides a reasonably stable and comfortable seat that feels like just about the right height for me. I'm 188cm (6'2") tall and weigh far more than I should, so I was concerned that the stool would struggle to take my weight. But I need not have worried. It copes with ease and there isn't even a hint of it straining to take my weight. As it is the XL model it doesn't fold down quite as compactly as the smaller models, but bearing in mind the sturdiness of the design it doesn't look too bulky and the weight isn't too bad either.

I was really impressed with the comfort and strength of the seat as I am a 6'3" 20 stone rugby player and this copes easily.

Beautifully Built for the Heavily Built

This is an extremely well-engineered product, made with high-quality materials and this is reflected in the price. It weighs less than 1kg and it was with some trepidation that I sat on it first time. I'm 180kg (28st 5lb). The manufacturers claim it will take 250kg. For me, it works! With its carry-case made to be carried over a shoulder and a belt strap on the stool itself it is convenient to carry. I can sit comfortably wherever I am. I haven't tried the option of perching on it without legs extended for really low jobs but they say it's possible. An expensive buy but it seems both very light and bombproof
Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Whilst the Walkstool is very expensive, it counters this by being extremely well made and when fully extended it is very stable and I was surprised at just how large the actually seat is.The lower setting they talk of isn't as much use as I thought, as it is more of a perch than a seat, but if you need to use it quickly and for only a short period then this lower setting will be fine.Tip: When extending the stool make sure you the legs click into place.Overall I am extremely pleased and at 6ft 5" I find the height perfect, it is also incredible light and you hardly notice you are carrying it.
