as a mobile photographer i need equipment that is quick and simple to use, the umbrella mechanism means no time consuming fiddling about with rods. I can set up quickly and get on with the job. the results are fab and it doesn't take up lots of space. the only negative really is that it doesn't come with any kind of carrying case and as its a bit flimsy im wondering how long it is going to last.

Unbeatable value for price, although not perfect.

I use my softbox all the time, at home and on location. I use an old cardboard roll (in which an umbrella was previously shipped to me) to store and protect the softbox when not in use.

I had to sew back one corner of the front panel. This should not happen but at this price it is still great value.

Most importantly, it works like a charm and produce great light. Yes, the iTTL signal gets to the speed light units even if it is hidden inside the box! ;)
