The Westcott Optical White Satin Collapsible Umbrella can be used both as a shoot-through diffuser, is small enough to position close to the subject and collapsible to just 37cm for easy transportation to on-location jobs. Maximum recommended wattage is 750, while the shaft being 8mm at the thickest point means it can be used with almost all flash heads and brackets (except Elinchrom). Umbrellas allow for a quick and easy set-up and are a particularly useful addition to a lighting kit.

This is a great, durable and compact brolly. Overall I was very pleased, but the product was let down by poor QA - my item had scuff marks on the white fabric, as though it had been left on a factory floor.

Other than that, pretty sturdy and very compact. The fabric is quite thick, so it eats speedlight power for breakfast.
