The C300 II can capture low-noise footage in all kinds of shooting situations due to the wide ISO range that goes up to ISO 102,400. Equally, there are built-in ND filters that provide 10 stops of exposure control (in expansion mode) which means you are able to record in bright conditions and/or when you need wide aperture for a shallow depth of field.

Automatic Shooting

Of course, you have extensive manual controls on the EOS C300 Mark II which are incredibly useful. However, the camera also has some innovative automatic features which really allow you to focus your attention on the action that's in front of you, making it perfect for an independent filmmaker. The autofocus has also been further enhanced with the ability to select the AF speed (with compatible lenses) and AF subject tracking characteristics ensuring that focusing is more natural.
