The Fuji XF1 Black Digital Camera joins Fuji's advanced, retro X-series of pocket-sized compact cameras and is designed for the photography enthusiasts who want more control over their photography. The XF1 is simple to use, highly-responsive and extremely portable. With a quick twist of the zoom ring the XF1 powers on and is ready to shoot. In portable mode, the lens retracts fully inside the body, minimising the size of the camera even further. The Fujinon lens with bright f1.8 aperture allows poorly lit subjects to be photographed without raising sensitivity levels, keeping noise to a minimum. The Fuji XF1 shares the same 12MP 2/3” EXR-CMOS sensor that's used in the X10 and X-S1 cameras. Additional highlights of the Fuji XF1 include a minimum focusing distance of 3cm for vivid macro shots, full HD movie recording with Movie Scene Recognition, manual zoom, an E-Fn button, Motion Panorama and a wide range of creative filters.

The key features in detail
3.0-inch bright LCD screen with "Monitor Sunlight Mode"
When bright sunlight makes composing or viewing the monitor difficult, you can press the E-Fn button to quickly switch to "Monitor Sunlight Mode". Enjoy comfortable framing and previewing of shots on the large 3-inch high-contrast 460,000-dot LCD monitor with its tempered glass, scratch resistant finish.
New Fujinon f/1.8 lens: Compact size, superb quality
Featuring state-of-the-art technologies including aspherical elements and high refractive index glass, the XF1's lens boasts a fast f/1.8 maximum aperture and a slim profile that would be virtually impossible with conventional lens designs. Another important feature is its Optical Image Stabilisation, which shifts one group of four lens elements to minimise camera shake without compromising resolution around the edges of the image, a common problem with conventional stabilisation systems.
EXR AUTO 103 Shooting Patterns
Everyone can take advantage of the superb image taking potential of the XF1 by using FUJIFILM's premium EXR Auto mode. The technology takes charge and selects the optimum settings (from 103 patterns according to the scene's demands), making extremely high photo quality easy to achieve, with almost any subject, whatever your ability.
Adjustable sensor controls are still on offer for the more advanced photographer. The 2/3-inch 12 million pixel EXR-CMOS sensor features FUJIFILM's three switchable sensor modes (HR High Resolution for well-lit conditions, SN High Sensitivity/Low Noise mode for low-ight, and DR Dynamic Range mode for high-contrast scenes) which can be selected according to the subject for bright, sharp images.
Full HD Movie mode now with NEW Movie Scene Recognition
The XF1 takes the guesswork out of recording movies with FUJIFILM's new Movie Scene Recognition function. Automatically optimising settings for a variety of shooting conditions, Movie Scene Recognition combines with Face Tracking AF to give you crisp, colourful HD movies with impressive stereo sound.
EXR Processor for superior resolution, wide dynamic range, high sensitivity, and low noise
Working in tandem with the 2/3-inch EXR CMOS sensor, the EXR processor helps take image quality to a new level. The fast, powerful twin CPU EXR Core is reconfigurable, meaning it instantly adapts to complex processing needs. The benefits: superb quality still photographs, rapid-fire continuous shooting, and true high-resolution video.
Quick, responsive AF, even in low light
Locking on to your subject in as little as 0.16 seconds, High Speed Contrast Detection AF captures even spur-of-the-moment shots with sharp clarity at a maximum 4x zoom. And unlike conventional premium digital cameras, the XF1 autofocus system reacts quickly even in low-light, making it possible to shoot high-quality hand-held photos indoors or at night.
25-100mm* manual 4x optical zoom lens* 35mm format equivalent
Unlike traditional powered zooms, the XF1's zoom ring provides direct manual controls, keeping the zoom action very smooth. The 4x optical zoom is complemented by a super resolution digital zoom up to 8x.
35mm format equivalent
NEW Customised control: The E-Fn button The E-Fn extended function button lets you customise your XF1 to offer immediate access to your most-used controls. One touch and the monitor displays a menu of six items of your choice. Full control, at your fingertips!
NEW Advanced Filters
The XF1's six special filters allow you to create distinctive arty effects. The effects can be verified on the LCD monitor to ensure you get exactly the results you're looking for before you take the shot.
Motion Panorama 360
Just sweep the camera right-left or up-down to shoot giant panoramas up to 360°. When you view the panorama playing back on your camera or personal computer, you can enjoy a seamless panorama image with both ends stitched together to create a “cylindrical” view.
3D Shooting with "Individual Shutter 3D"
Two exposures of the same scene are saved in Multi-Picture Format (MPO) to create convincing images that appear to have been shot in real 3D. An overlapping guide on the LCD screen provides assistance for positioning the exposures, making it easy for anyone to create impressive 3D effects. And FUJIFILM's proprietary high-resolution 3D print system produces natural, beautiful 3D prints from images captured with the FUJIFILM XF1.

Can I repay early? If so how?
No repayments are scheduled in the initial six-month deferral period. However, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, but a £29.00 early-settlement will be incurred. Such repayments may be made to Barclays Partner Finance by cheque, debit card or standing order. Unfortunately it is not possible to set up a direct debit within the deferral period. Further information on how to make such repayments will be set out in the loan agreement pack provided by Barclays Partner Finance.
What happens if I don't repay within the first six months (deferral period)?
Following the six month deferral period, Barclays Partner Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 19.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Late payment penalties and early repayment charges will apply from this point. Barclays Partner Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six month deferral period is due to elapse. Note: If you chose to spread the cost and pay monthly, interest is charged from the start of the loan, not from the start of the repayment period.
What will I receive from the finance provider (lender)?
Barclays Partner Finance will send a loan agreement pack approximately four weeks after delivery of the goods, confirming that the account has been activated and, from this point, it is possible to make repayments against the loan.
