Thank Nikon for small brilliant packages...this is the business, small, light, and full of POWER, just keeps going and going, even with NR long exposure processing, live view and all those functions that drain batteries. Slap them in the MH-22 quick charger, when they do run out of steam and they are back to life in no time... EN-EL4a... a little gem, which packs a cracking power punch

I have had this battery since I got my D300 & although I was reluctant to pay nearly £100 for a battery, it has been worth every penny.
I photograph horse shows & can be out in the middle of nowhere for a whole weekend with nowhere to recharge my batteries. On 1 occassion I took over 4000 photos (+ lots of viewing as I went along) without even having to touch the extra battery in the chamber. Incredible!!
It is also very quick to charge but you don't have to do that too often, it does last a long time!!
