The Storm Jacket SLR Pro features a velcro opening on the bottom to accommodate the attachment of a tripod and manual focusing. This is the medium size Storm Jacket; measure your camera/lens from the rear of the body to the front of the lens, and if it's 9"-15" (229-381mm), then this is the cover for you. Storm Jacket Camera Covers are the most compact and portable camera protection you can carry with you everywhere you go so you won't hesitate to use it anytime the camera is going to get wet, dirty, or sit in the sun. I took this storm jacket out to take some shots of a recent heavy rainstorm by the sea - it did remarkably well and certainly does keep the camera dry. High winds were a problem (for me, more than the kit)but if this jacket had a con it would be trying to hold it in place, thus protecting the camera inside, whilst changing settings on the camera when out in such adverse weather conditions. Important to get the right size jacket for your camera and lens!

Didn't enjoy paying this much for what is a simple enough bit of kit, but it does the job professionally, looks good and will last longer than cheaper alternatives. Folds down small and easy to fit.

Very easy to use and very effective.

Having had it in the bag for while, eventually found a day on which to get it out and put it to the test. I was tripod mounted and it was very easy to set up. The 'back-end' is big enough to let my fairly large hands get in under the cover to the focusing ring. The front end is easily tightened up to hug around the lens.

All-in-all, did just what I wanted and hoped for. Opens up additional opportunities by allowing you to get out in the rain.
