The super wide-angle capability of the Sigma 10-20mm zoom makes it a very powerful tool for both indoor and landscape photography. The Sigma 10-20 is designed with digital photography in mind, and is tailored to achieve outstanding results with cameras which have an APS-C sized or smaller image sensor. Aspherical lenses correct for distortion and aberration, which ensures top-quality images from edge-to-edge, across the entire zoom range. HSM equipped models make fast, quiet autofocus a reality, and the lens is capable of full-time manual focus as well. The Sigma 10-20mm has a minimum focusing distance of 24cm (9.4 inches) at all focal lengths, and is equipped with an integral Petal-type hood to block out extraneous light.

The Key Features

Super wide-angle zoom lens designed exclusively for digital SLR cameras
This ultra-wide zoom lens has a wide angle of view from 102.4 - 63.8 degrees (when Sigma mount is used) and it is exclusive to digital SLR cameras. SLD glass elements effectively compensate color aberration. Aspherical lenses provide maximum correction for distortion and various aberrations; high image quality is displayed throughout the entire zoom range. The HSM equipped models makes fast AF speeds and quiet shooting a reality, and it is also capable of full-time manual focus. It has a minimum focusing distance of 24cm (9.4") at all focal lengths. It is also equipped with an integral Petal-type hood to block out extraneous light.

Ultra-wide zoom lens
10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC lens allows enjoyment of super wide-angle photography and it is a very powerful tool for indoor shooting and landscape photography with APS-C size image sensors of digital SLR cameras. Wide angle of view 102.4-63.8 degrees (for Sigma mount) offers the photographer greater freedom of expression.

Most Appropriate Coating for Digital SLR Cameras
The new multi layer lens coating and lens design reduce flare and ghost, which is a common problem with digital cameras and also creates an optimum color balance through the entire zoom range.

The best possible correction of aberrations
Three SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements are employed for effective compensation of color aberration, which is a common problem with super-wide angle lenses. One piece of glass mold and two hybrid aspherical lenses, offer excellent correction for distortion, as well as all types of aberration.

HSM(Hyper Sonic Motor)
The HSM equipped models ensure a silent, high-speed AF function as well as full-time manual focusing capability for Sigma, Canon, and Nikon-D mount lenses. Minimum focusing distance of 24cm (9.4") at all focal lengths This lens has a minimum focusing distance of 24cm (9.4") throughout the entire zoom range.

Inner focus system
This lens incorporates an internal focusing system, which eliminates front lens rotation allowing the use of a Petal-type Hood and also minimize fluctuation of aberration caused by focusing system

DC
Sigma’s DC lenses are designed for cameras with a cropped sensor. Do not put a Sigma DC lens on a camera with a full-frame sensor, such as the 5D Mark III. These are special lenses designed so that the image circle matches the smaller size of the image sensor of most digital SLR cameras. Their specialised design gives these lenses the ideal properties for digital cameras, the compact and lightweight construction is an added bonus.

EX
The exterior of this lens is EX-finished to denote the superior build and optical quality, and to enhance its appearance.

Can I repay early? If so how?

No repayments are scheduled in the initial six-month deferral period. However, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, but a £29.00 early-settlement will be incurred. Such repayments may be made to Barclays Partner Finance by cheque, debit card or standing order. Unfortunately it is not possible to set up a direct debit within the deferral period. Further information on how to make such repayments will be set out in the loan agreement pack provided by Barclays Partner Finance.

What happens if I don't repay within the first six months (deferral period)?

Following the six month deferral period, Barclays Partner Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 19.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Late payment penalties and early repayment charges will apply from this point. Barclays Partner Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six month deferral period is due to elapse. Note: If you chose to spread the cost and pay monthly, interest is charged from the start of the loan, not from the start of the repayment period.

What will I receive from the finance provider (lender)?

Barclays Partner Finance will send a loan agreement pack approximately four weeks after delivery of the goods, confirming that the account has been activated and, from this point, it is possible to make repayments against the loan.
